This September marks three years since the official launch of our GUARDiAN support desk so to celebrate such an incredible milestone, we thought we’d look back and reflect on GUARDiAN’s incredible growth and success.
Launching in 2019, our GUARDiAN desk consisted of hand-picked support technicians whose goal was to provide our customers with best-in-class support and guidance. Months later, the world was thrown into a global lockdown, casting fear and uncertainty upon many businesses and individuals alike. However, our GUARDiAN team banded together virtually and continued on, onboarding just shy of 100 new customers at an impressive rate of almost two a week. As our customer base grew, so too did our GUARDiAN team to accommodate for such astounding growth.
The journey to the top required hard graft, and our team was eager to work hard...
The momentum didn’t stop there, with our GUARDiAN team receiving the promotion of CORE level status with Commvault, demonstrating their level of competency, customer service and commitment to always go the extra mile for our customers. As Covid-19 rumbled on, so too did our unstoppable GUARDiAN team, gaining Advanced CASP partner status just eight months after being promoted to CORE CASP status. Becoming one of the most highly accredited Commvault support partners in the UK, our support team was now cemented as the best and safest pair of hands for all our customer's data protection needs.
