Despite its many challenges, 2021 is set to be another ground-breaking year for us here at COOLSPIRiT.

We have recently gained Commvault Advanced CASP partner status, making us the most highly accredited Commvault partner in the UK.

This achievement is no mean feat considering the challenges we have faced with the pandemic and all the extra pressure that has brought with it. But we are proud to have battled through those challenges and consistently provided our valuable customers with the first-class service they have come to expect from such a high ranking Commvault partner.

We couldn’t have got to this stage without the support of those customers, whose feedback has constantly prompted us to strive to be the absolute best, and they know that we are a safe pair of hands when it comes to their data protection needs.

With our GUARDiAN appliances, powered by Commvault, we offer our customers a complete service lifecycle – from the initial consultation to designing, implementing, engineering, product road-mapping and support.

Our customers are a mix of public and private sector firms from SME up to enterprise level, and they are spread out across the UK – our service and reach has no geographical limits.

Securing Advanced status really has been a team effort, and is testament to the wonderful people that make up the COOLSPIRiT family.

Our sales teams have consistently hit all the necessary commercial, certification and competency targets and our pre-sales, engineering and support teams have all built up the necessary qualifications to propel us into the top spot. I couldn’t be prouder of their dedication and achievements.

Our Advanced status comes just eight months after our GUARDiAN support desk team were promoted to CORE CASP status with Commvault, demonstrating our levels of competency, customer service and determination to always go the extra mile. 

It has been a real team effort, and everyone is super proud of how far we have come. Not everyone can say they have made it to the top of the tree, but we really have. And it is all down to hard graft and an unfailing belief in what we can achieve.
