Sales

Being part of the team that interacts with customers and prospects day in, and day out, it is important you are:

Pre-Sales

Working directly with the sales team, you are the customer's expert point of contact to deliver the correct solution. Responsibilities include:

  • Attend meetings with customers to determine technical and business requirements.
  • Produce and provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes.
  • Create and confidently deliver technical presentations.
  • Build productive relationships internally and externally; fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities.
  • Ability to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer.
  • Sell technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Engineering

As a member of the team who builds rapport and trust with our customers, once an order is placed, it is important you can ensure:

  • Successful implementation of customer solutions.
  • Provide analysis, suggestions, solutions, resolution, and advice to customers and their internal teams.
  • Troubleshooting and rectifying issues associated with the implementation and/or change of customer solutions.
  • Creation of deployment documentation i.e Statement of Work, Low Level Design.
  • Able to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer.
  • Promote technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Support

Being a key member of our GUARDiAN support team means you deliver:

  • Successful triaging of customer incidents.
  • Providing analysis, suggestions, solutions, and resolutions to service tickets.
  • Provide first-class responses to both e-ticket and phone-based queries.
  • Precise troubleshooting and rectification of issues within SLA.
  • Creation of deployment documentation and knowledge-based articles.
  • Deal with hardware break-fix within the customer environment.
  • Act as an escalation for customers on an out-of-hours Rota.
