ISO 27001 is the international standard recognised globally for managing risks to the security of information.

It is now the preferred choice for creating and managing a robust, dynamic and adaptable information security management system (ISMS). Our certification to ISO 27001 (Certificate No: IS 733967) allows us to provide assurances to our customers and other stakeholders that we are comprehensively managing the security of the information we hold.

The standard provides a framework for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an ITSM system, and covers areas such as service design, transition, delivery, and improvement. COOLSPIRiT is proud to have implemented the ISO 20000 system within our GUARDiAN service desk and the wider business.

Our ISO 20000 certification (Certificate No: EMS 753310) provides assurance that an organisation's ITSM processes are in line with internationally recognised best practices. This can lead to improved service quality, increased customer satisfaction, and a better understanding of the IT services being offered. Cyber Essentials is a simple but effective, Government backed scheme that organisations protect themselves, whatever their size, against a whole range of the most common cyber attacks.

The NHS Digital Data Security and Protection Toolkit is a framework designed to help healthcare organisations in the United Kingdom ensure that they are following best practices in data security and protection.

The toolkit includes a set of self-assessment questions that cover a range of security and data protection areas, including information governance, cyber security, and staff training. The questions are designed to help healthcare organisations identify areas where they may need to improve their security measures, and to guide them in implementing appropriate policies and procedures.

It is mandatory that all organisations with access to NHS patient data and systems must use this toolkit. The goal of the toolkit is to help healthcare organisations protect patient data and ensure services continue without interruption.
